The women's final was great, the two players were Maria Sharapova (from Russia, n°1) and Sara Errani (from Italia, her first "big" final)
It was a very interesting match, first Maria Sharapova was pulling ahead, 15mn after the beginning of the game she leaded 4-0 ! But then Sara managed to win a point and so she regained self-confidence and fougt hard all the match long !! We supported her as much as we can :-)
The fun thing is that this match was a little bit like David and Goliath : the strong player (n°1, 1m88 for 59kg) again the "new" one (after the match she becomes n°10, 1m64 for 60kg) .... ^^
The final score was : 6-3 , 6-2
